Two eutectic plates keep the cold inside the cellar. Moreover, the innovative materials making up the malle's structure give it a genuine isothermal barrier. All these features guarantee the ideal temperature for your caviar over the long term.
Inside the caviar cellar are 4 shot glasses with 24-carat gold leaves, and 4 hand-carved mother-of-pearl tasting spoons. These elements are topped by a carbon tray into which the caviar tin(s) slide(s). The different models can accommodate either a 500g or 4 x 100g tins of caviar.
